today is such a tiring day...
had training for like 6 hrs today..
then we found our CCAB ball.. the long lost one since last yr..
hahaha.. its a long story but all the vb girls all know right..
hahah.. our SECRET...
today's training i managed to serve over 2 balls.. heheheh.. i am quite happy... hehe..
but then just now we played abit of a game..
then i cant set properly lor..
coach ask me turn ard and face the net to set... but then i kept forgetting..
till coach like unhappy lor...haix..
then all the balls like shit like tat.. i cant set properly...
think need to train real hard...
ya then we went gym also...
guess wat our team girls are all STRONG one okies...
gerlaine can take 100 kg doing squats ok..
i took 80 kg.. tat's mine max... hahaha.. can barely do with tat..
most of the girls all can take 80 kg lor...
all so fit right... hehehe...
of course la.. team MI leh..
miss the yr 3 lors... hehehe...
i am so tired now la.. i haven even do research on GPP lor...
and tml meeting the grp at 7.30am in sch...
i scared i wake up late leh...
ya tml LENICE, HUIMIN, GERLAINE and YUEWEI playing the rip curl competition...
